Charlene Santiago

Executive Chef

A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Charlene has worked in many a New York Kitchen including, The Minnow, BLT and Picholine, before joining April Bloomfield's team at the Breslin. From there she advanced to Chef de Cuisine at the John Dory Oyster Bar.  She joined the Reynard team in 2018, as Chef de Cuisine.
