Food brought Sheila's family together. They would gather to pick at half eaten platters of meats and cheese, finish bottles of wine, and tell stories. From that solid introduction Sheila made her way through the restaurant world working as host, bartender, reservationist and server. Eventually landing in NYC, she spent a stint at Beacon in mid-town, before joining Eleven Madison Park as the Guest Relations Manager. She then headed over the river to Reynard. She enjoys a good martini lunch on her days off.
