Siobhan Lowe

Wythe Hotel Food & Beverage Director

After studying photography at NYU Siobhan founded Never Work, a contemporary art gallery on the Lower East Side and then a small business consulting company, The Lowe Bureau. Naturally, owning small businesses led her to drink wine and in 2012 she became the General Manager & Wine Director of Alder, Wylie Dufresne’s restaurant in the East Village. She joined the Wythe as Wine Director in 2016 and now happily oversees the ins and outs of the team as Food & Beverage Director.
